Police say an Anderson man had a 0.22 percent blood-alcohol content and five children riding in the bed of his pickup truck when he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving on Halloween night. Prosecutors charged Rudy Robles Sr., 43, with misdemeanor and felony counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and one charge of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. It is good that the police caught him because there were a lot of children out and he could have hit and killed one or more.
